Ramadan Kareem! Ramadan Mubarak! Blessed Ramadan!

I just want to take this moment to acknowledge all of the Muslims worldwide who will be observing Ramadan during this blessed season.

As for me, though I’ m not fasting, Islam is still a special place in my heart, and my heart is with all of you!

I think Nayyirah Waheed encapsulates my condundrum best:

May this Ramadan prove easy and draw you only closer to Allah.
